Troubleshooting Launcher and Kubernetes#

If you are having issues when integrating RStudio Server Pro with Kubernetes, then you can use the following troubleshooting steps to perform diagnostic tests, ensure that your configuration settings are valid, and verify that your Kubernetes cluster and environment is properly configured for RStudio Server Pro and Launcher.

When to use these steps#

Use these troubleshooting steps if:

  • The RStudio Server Pro or Launcher services will not start
  • If you are unable to access the RStudio Server Pro home page in your browser
  • If you are unable to start new remote sessions in Kubernetes
